D*Face
Dean Stockton, better known as D*Face, is an English multimedia artist who has been known in the street art scene since decades. His artwork is influenced by punk, pop and skateboard culture and includes stencils, stickers, installations and paintings. D*Face's adoption of industrial-commercial products such as comic books and advertisements is clearly reminiscent of Roy Lichtenstein, who already translated the style of printed comics into his paintings in the 1960s. D*Face extends that style with contemporary elements, often providing his figures with vanitas symbols such as the skull.
