Abstract

Abstract art is non-figurative, which means there are no or very vague references to the real world. The artists thereby let the colors and shapes stand alone in their own power to communicate with the viewer. It is thereby up to the viewer to challenge their imagination and create familiar references in the abstract art works. Even though the abstract art works do not reference to something we can easily identify, you can still find meaning and conception in the art on an abstract level, where every person’s individual imagination and point of view, leads to different interpretations. This is the beauty of abstract art.

Come and experience it by yourself in the gallery in Hamburg or visit our webshop online to see impressive abstract works and buy abstract art.
