Unueberseebar Hafencity

The people who live and work in a district are shaping it and making it special. The art collective Mentalgassi wanted to know: Who are these people in HafenCity? So, they took a close look at the area, creating video portraits of 33 HafenCity citizens. In collaboration with Affenfaust Galerie and Mentalgassi, the longest curated work of art in northern Germany was created with a length of 385 meters, which effectively frames the construction site of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier.
