Marcel Walldorf
The Frankfurt artist Marcel Walldorf (* 1983 in Friedberg, Hesse) first caused a stir beyond the federal borders in 2010, with his life-sized sculpture >Petra<. This sculpture shows a policewoman, modelled from plastic, silicone, textile, urinating on the floor, her steel trousers dropped. Eberhard Bosslet‘s former master student gains inspiration for his mostly three-dimensional art, which is characterised by the unerring use of a wide variety of materials as well as a bizarre ambiguity, mainly from the everyday lunacy.
