Magda Krawcewicz

The art of Magda Krawcewicz is characterized through the tension between „whole“ and „dissolved“ bodies. In her sculptures, paintings and drawings she examines the relationship between presence and absence, and the specific fractures of spatial separation. She understands Space like an abstraction of body or „Gestalt“, like an abstraction of form and meaning fused into one unity.
